Abstract. Studying the geological structure and development technologies of hydrocarbon deposits is a key focus of the Master's program in Oil and Gas Geology at Irkutsk State University. This article presents the results of research conducted by second-year full-time Master's students in this program. The papers examine the development of several fields in Eastern Siberia.
Keywords: Master's degree program, student research work, oil, gas, condensate, hydrocarbon deposits, reservoir properties, reservoir pressure maintenance methods, drilling, drilling efficiency, well drilling complications, brine flow, mitigation of complications, signs of oil and gas potential in Siberia
