Abstract. The period of seismic activation in the second half of 2020 - the first half of 2021 coincided with detailed measurements of the physicochemical parameters of groundwater carried out at the southwestern tip of Lake Baikal. Static analysis of the dynamics of seismic activity and changes in the physical and chemical parameters of water revealed the relationship of these processes.
Keywords. seismic events, energy of seismic events, hydrophysical and chemical monitoring, statistical analysis, forecast of seismic events
